Commercial Manager at Willhem in Linköping

Do you have an interest in real estate and relationships and want to make a difference on our journey forward? Then you might want to become part of our dedicated team in Linköping as we are now looking for a commercial manager.

Willhem Linköping owns and manages over 3600 apartments and approximately 24,000 m2 of commercial premises, largely located in Skäggetorp center. You will be welcomed into a team of about 20 colleagues consisting of property managers, administrators, assistant managers, and caretakers. Together, we work purposefully as a team to develop our properties both economically and socially.

About the Role

As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for our entire commercial portfolio. You will work both operationally and strategically with contract writing and customer-facing work to develop the area. Since the portfolio is relatively small, you will have good conditions to work towards our business goals. Together with colleagues in Linköping, you will also be an important part of Willhem's long-term work for a positive development of Skäggetorp, which is currently classified as a particularly vulnerable area. You will report to the Property Manager in Linköping and be part of the local management team.

Examples of tasks:

• Site development of Skäggetorp center
• Renegotiation of lease agreements
• Establish and manage professional relationships with our tenants.
• Work towards our commitments in the citizen promise

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in management, economics, or law, or equivalent work experience. To enter the role effectively, we see that you have several years of experience in management. You have good knowledge and practical experience in commercial law.

We are looking for a team player who enjoys challenges and is motivated by making a difference. You are good at building and maintaining relationships in a trustworthy manner. Furthermore, you are driven and inspired by working towards clear goals, and your structured approach helps you along the way. A B driver's license is also required to be considered for the role.
